Day 20. #30daybloggingchallenge

Post about three celebrity crushes.

When I read what I have to write about, my mind went blank. “I’ve never had celebrity crushes” immediately crossed my mind. But I had to write about something, so I sat down and thought. I got to the conclusion that although I’ve never had a celebrity crush, there are celebrities that I admire and find attractive to the point that they could become crushes.

“William Clark Gable (February 1, 1901 – November 16, 1960) was an American film actor and military officer often referred to as “The King of Hollywood” or just simply as “The King”.

Gable won an Academy Award for Best Actor for It Happened One Night (1934),[2] and was nominated for leading roles in Mutiny on the Bounty (1935) and for his arguably best-known role as Rhett Butler in the epic Civil War drama Gone with the Wind (1939).”

“Vivien Leigh (born Vivian Mary Hartley, and also known as Lady Olivier after 1947; 5 November 1913 – 8 July 1967) was an English stage and film actress.[1] She won two Academy Awards for Best Actress for her iconic performances as Scarlett O’Hara in Gone with the Wind (1939) and Blanche DuBois in the film version of A Streetcar Named Desire (1951), a role she had also played on stage in London’s West End in 1949. She also won a Tony Award for her work in the Broadway musical version of Tovarich (1963).

She earned a reputation for being difficult to work with, and for much of her adult life she suffered from bipolar disorder as well as recurrent bouts of chronic tuberculosis, which was first diagnosed in the mid-1940s and ultimately claimed her life at the age of 53.[2] Although her career had periods of inactivity, in 1999 the American Film Institute ranked Leigh as the 16th greatest female movie star of classic Hollywood cinema.”
