Write something that someone told you about yourself that you never forgot.
I’ve never considered myself to be anything else than friendly, sociable, and approachable. Even so, I’ve told several times that my determination and self-confidence make me appear intimidating. When asked, people say that is not “a bad thing.”
I don’t know about that. But we can change how others perceive us only to some extent. Knowing that I am seen as such by some had an impact on my life – in a positive way.
It’s hard to explain how I feel about this statement. It used to bother me, but not any longer. I wish there were more I could say about it. To be honest, I haven’t given it much thought lately. Being intimidating became a part of me, and I took it as such.
What is it that someone told you and you wouldn’t forget?
